Lychee Learning is an online homeschool that builds a personalized academic path for each child. We take the privacy of families — and especially of children — seriously. This page explains what information we handle and why.
What we collect on this website
This website itself collects nothing. There are no forms, no analytics and no tracking on this site. If you download our brochure, that happens directly in your browser without us recording who you are.
Note: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these, your IP address is technically shared with Google, as with any website using this service.
What we collect when you contact or join us
When you email us or become a Lychee Learning family, we handle: your contact details (name, email, phone or WhatsApp), information about your child needed to build their learning route (age, current skills, interests, progress), and payment details for your subscription.
How we use it
Only to run our service: building and adjusting your child’s learning route, planning teacher sessions, tracking progress, guiding parents, and handling payments. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Children
Information about children is used exclusively by their own Lychee teacher and our curriculum team to support their learning, and is shared with no one beyond the parents and, where relevant, the family’s learning hub.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@lycheelearning.com.

What Lychee Learning provides
A personalized academic program for your child: a learning route built by a Lychee teacher, weekly learning materials, individual progress tracking, two one-on-one teacher sessions per week, a real-world project every six weeks, and practical guidance for parents. Details per plan are listed on our pricing page.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly, per child, in US dollars. A one-time installation fee applies for the intake and the setup of your child’s learning route (currently waived — see the pricing section for current promotions). Hub membership is separate and is arranged directly with your learning hub.
Cancelling
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a one-month notice period: your subscription ends one month after the date we receive your cancellation (by email to info@lycheelearning.com).
Our role and yours
Lychee Learning provides the academic program and teaching. Parents remain responsible for their child’s overall education and wellbeing; the learning hub remains responsible for the daily environment at the hub. We are not a replacement for legal schooling requirements that may apply to your family — checking those rules for your situation and location remains your responsibility.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid over the preceding three months, except where law does not allow such limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
